Founder, host and coach. 

Arnaud Collery published "Mister Happiness" with France number 1 publisher Larousse on April 2018. He talked how through his own event Stand Up for Passion and through his coaching work for companies such as Cartier, L'oreal, Nestle, Novartis, United Nations, BMW and more over 20 countries..on how you can, your corporation or your team can reinvent yourself.

He appeared in over 100 conferences the last few years on the topic of happiness, joy, passion, resilience including World Happiness Report in New York,  World Happiness Summit in Miami, Happiness and Innovation in Dubai, Happiness 360 in Aruba, Happiness at Work in Copenhagen.

He has coached over 1000 people individually and over 10 000 people have attended his events, workshops, talks and appearances. Arnaud has been performing as TEDx Speaker in Aruba, but also Maastricht and  Lille  He was the the official coach and Emcee for TEDx Champs-Elysees Women and Monaco (2016). 

In 2014 drawing from his standup comedy background and combining it with his personal mission to make the world a happier, funnier and deeper place. He believes there needs to be a space to discuss the meaning of life in an entertaining way. SUFP's mission is to find the stories that have transformed you. He curates and Emcees each event while also personally training and coaching the speakers to find their story and give their best performance.

Arnaud lectures and keynotes on creativity, passion and happiness. He works on a regular basis all over the world as a happiness coach or lecturer for Cartier, Chanel, the Government of Aruba, Glowork.org (women empowerment), the French American Chamber of Commerce of NY, and The United Nations, Endeavor, YPO..

His events have been sponsored by BMW, Axa Insurance, Loreal, Nestle, Danone, Hyatt Regency, French Consulate of NY, Weworks and high net worth individuals as well as Innovation Clubs, Association and Foundations. 

He is an award winning comedian (Last Comic Standing quarter finalist 2009) and filmmaker (Little Klaus Big World, best comedy film at the Monaco film festival in 2012).

He is a fellow of Startup Leadership program  in NY, a fellow at THNK in Amsterdam, at METP in China. He has worked in 30 countries.

He has previously worked as a EIR at tech incubator in South Africa, as as creative consultant for Cartier Japan, the European Parliament, and the European Stock Exchange. He has been featured on over 100 magazines and TV show.  CTTV China, TBS Japan, KTLA, KPCC, NBC, MTV, E! as well as the Huffington Post.

Janet Nakano, Video Producer & Strategist 

Janet focuses on creating a video presence for Stand Up for Passion. She produces and edits the video library and is planning new and exciting content. 

A Los Angeles native and NYC transplant, Janet has studied literature at UCLA and documentary filmmaking at The New School for Public Engagement. She is a former public radio journalist/producer turned filmmaker/editor and has been working as a Senior Video Producer at IBM where she produces live streaming events, shoots interviews and content for marketing campaigns, web platforms, and conferences.

Michael O'Connor, Tokyo Partner

Michael is Tokyo/ Asia Partner for Stand Up For Passion, CEO of Monedo Productions and Premier Society. 

Monedo Productions is a engagement marketing agency which uses premium events as a communication platform to introduce and feature our client's brands, educate potential consumers and leverage the experiences via online social media and television. 

Michael has been living in Tokyo and Shanghai for more than 25 years. He speaks, reads & writes Japanese and Chinese, and has unique access and understanding of these cultures and marketing needs.
