Renita Kalhorn, A Juilliard-trained concert pianist and martial arts black belt with an MBA from INSEAD, Renita Kalhorn is passionate about human performance. Founder of performance strategy firm Step Up Your Game Now, Renita coaches entrepreneur CEOs and their teams to perform better under the pressures of fast growth. She has delivered leadership and development programs in the US and Asia for Fortune 500 clients such as Deutsche Bank, Pfizer and Time Warner, and worked with individuals and teams at companies including Accenture, NASA, Optimum Nutrition, Goldman Sachs and Bloomberg. Anatoliy (Toli) Zaslavskiy, is a tech startup advisor, who comes from an engineering background, with a specialization in UX and data visualization. Toli has a passion for keeping on top of the latest trends in tech and especially the Javascript community. He frequents the Brooklyn.js, Manhattan.js, Papers We Love, CodeGenius, and many other technical meetups. He also volunteers at ScriptEd, a non-for-profit. Toli was diagnosed with Aspergers when he was 17 years old. He will be speaking about how this has affected him and what he has learned from it.

Dilli Raj Bhatta, is the founding member of the firm. He has extensive experience in all phases of commercial transactions, litigation, and intellectual property law. He advises clients on a broad spectrum of matters and provides unique strategic solutions in resolving complex legal issues. He continues to represent individuals and corporations in complex transactions and cases in New York and in United States Federal Courts. Aside from commercial litigations, Mr. Bhatta advises and represents business entities on international trade and transactions, commercial arbitrations, contractual disputes, Intellectual Property matters, and Mergers and Acquisitions. Prior to this firm, Mr. Bhatta worked for The Myers Law Firm, a prestigious Northern California law firm based in San Francisco. He also worked as an intern at the San Francisco District Attorney’s office where he gained in-depth trial experience working with the DA. He also represents tech starts-up and engineers.

Jean Safar, is a Technologist and a Traveller. Growing up and studying in France he has, over the past 25 years, created and worked for fintech startups and global investments banks in Palo Alto, New York, Chicago, London, Tokyo, Florence and Paris. He is once again enjoying the charms of New York and its suburbs. He still has not worked in South America or New Zealand, but he believes that he might yet have the opportunity to go and irritate hobbits. When not designing distributed software systems Jean loves to sing, play guitar, bake his baguettes and read .. and sometimes all at the same time.

Suki Sohn, started her career as an investment banker at Lehman Brothers. This was followed by over a decade of developing businesses for global media companies such as the Walt Disney Company and News Corporation. In 2007, she joined Fortress Investment Group in the Capital Formation group primarily responsible for the marketing initiatives including all investor collateral and events. She is currently CFO/COO Onslot Group, a hybrid creative agency and production company based in NYC. She is also a certified Feng Shui Master and Dahn Yoga Master. Suki is married to Performance and Transformation Coach John O'Connor and is the mother of two boys Jake and Jaden.

Matt Josepher is a native New Yorker born addicted to heroin. He lived an unsupervised life growing up the moment he left the womb. Matthew has healed from his trauma on his own and has successfully come out of a 27-year struggle with addiction. He was a fitness trainer as well as a drug and alcohol counselor. In January 2014, Matthew took on a life challenge by his therapist to confront his fears which led him to enroll in an acting class. His recent credits include a stage debut and a role in a short film.
