Come join us at our next SUFP event at Ebay in New York City! We will be focusing on "Ambition and the Art of Happiness" with a panel of some of our top past speakers – specifically those involved in coaching and transforming others and organizations. Ambition is the catalyst for pursuing your passions but it often causes stress and unhappiness when things don't go as planned. How do we reconcile pursuing our ambitions yet be happy at the same time? We will be exploring these topics as well as hearing from 3 special storytellers. You'll leave with a good dose of inspiration by the end of the evening. Come with your questions for the Q&A!

Dr. James Hardt

Dr. James V. Hardt, founder and President of Biocybernaut Institute, holds a B.S. in Physics from Carnegie Institute of Technology, and an M.S. and Ph.D. in Psychology from Carnegie-Mellon University. Dr. Hardt has authored or co-authored more than 60 papers and professional presentations, and has authored, co-authored or has pending over 30 patents for the core technology, headset, training methodology and brain centered portion of virtual reality applications. He has dedicated his life to research and development surrounding brain wave training. Mounia Tazi

Mounia is the media marketing and strategy manager of the biggest Media group in north Africa “2M Morocco". She is passionate about creating new concept of TV reality shows and public live events that resonate with the fast changing taste of the audience in the digital age because of the impact of the technological development. As a game changer of the Moroccan audiovisual landscape she imposes herself in a male dominated field in Morocco breaking the rules in the traditional media, building new bridges that never existed before between announcers and television creating a strong dynamic that allows high records in audience rating, matching international standards .She realized early on in this adventure that evolving on the personal life front was essential; so she trained to becomea coach and mentor of young entrepreneurs and startup launchers. To contribute to others with her experience in the media industry and her mindfulness approach appllied to high demanding careers in order to improve performance and to keep balance between personal and professional life had become the major focus for her. She expands as an influencer in the arab world and beyond so she created her blog “ Higher Vibes” to share her experiences and support others .As she is a nature lover and advocate of a sustainable lifestyle, Mounia created her own natural cosmetic brand “Moroccan Secret” based on Argan and other rare oils in 2013 that had been a big success in many international fairs and professional events .

Mounia has an Executive MBA in management and leadership, she is also certified as a theta healing coach and facilitator of Access Consciousness.

Jon Hall

For the past 18 years Jon Hall has been thinking about how to quantify national progress and how to ensure the numbers influence government thinking. His 2002 work for the Australian Government on Measuring Australia’s Progress won a national award there as the “smartest” social project of the year, with one journalist describing it as coming “as close to the meaning of life as any statistician can get”. From 2005 – 2009 he led a project at the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development in Paris promoting similar ideas around the world and now works for the United Nations Development Programme here in New York. He has spoken about measuring wellbeing and happiness in some 50 countries and in 2013 was one of ten “global opinion leaders” to meet with German Chancellor Angela Merkel to discuss wellbeing and government policy. A big piece of his own personal happiness comes from looking for rare animals around the planet. His website www.mammalwatching.com is the hub of the growing mammal watching community.

Donnalynn Civello

Donnalynn is a Certified Intuitive Life Coach, Inspirational Blogger, Speaker and Author of "Life Lessons, Everything You Ever Wished You Had Learned in Kindergarten." She is known for her inspirational insights featured on her weekly blog- Ethereal Wellness. She remains dedicated to teaching simple spiritual yet practical tools for helping others to live their best lives. Guillaume Gauthereau

After a career that scaled the heights of corporate success as a CEO of global companies, Guillaume Gauthereau decided to completely change his life and made a life-changing commitment to helping others in their search for peace, harmony and happiness. During the last 10 years and his transformative journeys across Asia & South America, Guillaume had rare opportunities to study and meditate with master healers and teachers of all faiths. He is trained in Reiki, Medical Reiki, Sufi Healing, Sound Healing, Meditation, and Shamanic Healing. He is currently doing a certification in the Science and Art of Herbalism. In 2015, Guillaume opened The Sanctuary Healing Center on his property in the Catskills where he does in depth work with his clients, hosts workshops and cultivates the land for organic vegetable farming, plant medicine and honey bees. Born and educated in France, Guillaume also holds a PhD in Veterinary Medicine & Surgery from Maisons-Alfort, France. Guillaume travels to New York City and all over the world for his work. Sarika Jain

Sarika Jain is a Love & Relationship Coach for smart, successful women who want it all – career, family and personal fulfillment. She is the creator of ‘Attract Love Now!”, a system to transform one’s love life and date in a healthy, joyful way. After experiencing devastating heartbreak and going through a profound healing experience, she met her husband just a few months later. Sarika left the corporate world to use her strategy skills to support women where it matters most – in one’s love life. Over the last few years, she has guided and led dozens of workshops and retreats on relationship skills, leadership and mindfulness. She lives with her husband, Krishan Patel, in New York City, and leads a playful, passionate life. For their honeymoon last December, they traveled to Bali for a month!

Vipin Goyal

Vipin is a Partner at Upbuild, a coaching company that specializes in understanding the ego. Vipin uses the skills he's learned as an entrepreneur and an executive to help other leaders realize their best selves. He draws on his wide variety of experiences to help clients leverage their strengths and manage the pitfalls of their egos, develop greater empathy, build cultures in which people feel inspired to work, and lead with intention.

Prior to Upbuild, Vipin was the Cofounder & CEO of SideTour, a marketplace of unique, hosted experiences which was acquired by Groupon in 2013. Previously he worked at McKinsey & Company, the international businesses of MTV Networks, and the overhyped online video startup Joost. He has an AB in Economics and an MBA from Harvard.
